Delivery
Delivery time depends on the type of product. What we have in stock and can be sent as a regular postal parcel should normally be delivered within 7 days. Larger vending machines take 7-14 days if they are in stock. Vending machines that we do not have in stock take between 60-90 days. Call and talk to us. There are ways to prioritise parcels for a fee.
Return and exchange rights
According to the Distance Contracts Act, you as a consumer have the right to cancel the purchase without special reason within 14 days. If you cancel the purchase, you as the customer pay the shipping costs. The right of withdrawal only applies to products in original condition. That is, unused, unopened and without visible scratches and wear. The product must be returned within 14 days from the date you notified us that you have exercised your right of withdrawal.
How to return
- Contact us via email info at paylando dot se and write that you want to return.
- Wait for a response from us. We will send you a return slip.
- Send off the return. The return shipping is paid by you as the customer.
- When we have received and approved the return, we will refund the amount within 14 days. The shipping cost for the goods to you, if any, will not be refunded.
Depending on the circumstances, we may also grant exchange or return of a product, but this is assessed on a case-by-case basis. Contact us and we will try to find a solution.
Warranty
You usually have a 1-year guarantee on all our products. There are exceptions for certain products where the manufacturer has a longer warranty period.
As a consumer, you cannot demand that the warranty apply to the following points:
- Neglect
- Accident after you received the item
- Abnormal use
- Failure to follow installation or instruction manuals.
- For payment terminals, this means, for example, that they must not be exposed to continuous moisture, a dirty environment or where they are subject to shocks.
Complaint
If you find any defects in the goods that have arisen during delivery, we will refund return shipping. If we cannot send you a new item within a reasonable time, we will refund both the return shipping and the amount for the damaged or faulty item. However, complaints must be made within a reasonable time and no later than 2 months after you discovered the fault.
Risk
The risk for the goods passes from the seller to the buyer upon delivery. Paylando has no insurance on vending machines delivered. We recommend that vending machines are installed where the risk of theft or vandalism is low.
