The Comestero RM5 is a very common and reliable coin validator/coin mechanism. It comes in many different versions. It can handle approximately 3 coins per second. It can manage many different currencies and up to 59 types of coins.

Manufactured by wh Münzprüfer Berlin GmbH, this is a more advanced coin mechanism than the Comestero. The 800 series comes in numerous variants and versions. It uses the same 10-pin ribbon cable connection to the machine. Most commonly, it comes programmed for €1, $0.5, 10 SEK, and 5 SEK. Unlike the Comestero, it is more challenging to reprogram for different coins.

The AL55 electronic coin acceptor uses mechanical and electronic technology to accurately verify coins and detect counterfeits. Its configuration can be cloned and transferred using programming software, or customized manually. The unit maintains consistent performance over time.
