Gold Deal - Full Service
With our full-service concept, Koppen offers you the most convenient way to access everything for a functioning break environment.
Our Responsibility
- Complete maintenance and servicing of coffee machines
- Daily supply replenishment (coffee, sugar, etc.)
- Regular cleaning and technical checks
- Handling all machine-related issues and troubleshooting
Your Responsibility
- Ensure easy access to machines for maintenance
- Notify us of any urgent issues or breakdowns
- Maintain a general tidiness around the machine area
Recommended for workplaces with 20 people or more
Silver Agreement - Shared Responsibility
A convenient solution with a visit every month, where you do part of the service yourself.
Our Responsibility
- Monthly visits (11 times/year) for supply delivery and machine servicing
- Preventive technical maintenance and hygiene checks
- Sending reminders on the first working day of the week before your planned service visit as well as a reminder at the end of the week
- Quick assistance for urgent operational issues anytime needed.
Your Responsibility
- Daily machine refills and basic cleaning
- Weekly deep cleaning and hygiene maintenance
- Managing inventory and placing orders through our webshop and order other goods in peace and quiet so that there is enough for the next service visit
- If urgent operational problems arise, call us on 021-30 11 06, and we will help you
Recommended for workplaces with 10-20 people
Bronze Contract - Shared Responsibility
A convenient solution with a visit every quarter, where you do part of the service yourself.
